We are born breaking the law of God from the very beginning. Romans 3:23 says “far all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” this means that we have all broken the law even before we understood fully that there was a law.
There is one who has not broken the law, and he is the son of God who came to take our punishment for the sin (the law we broke) which is death -Romans 6:23.
Romans 10:13 say “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
